Google and Bing has a Disavow links tool which you can use to list down potential links that you think is spammy.

Try contacting the site owner and see if that works. Or else you can use the disavow webmaster tools. However, that is a time-consuming process.

Is that something that you really need to do anything about? Instead of spending time on that, why not forget about it and focus on promoting the site for the keywords you really do want to rank for.

I totally agree with you Fergal, If I am getting traffic for some other keywords that is not my targeted keyword, there is nothing wrong in that. The problem comes when your site is getting visit for totally different Keywords which you had targeted.

For example. My targeted keyword is SEO and I am getting visits for SEO companies or SEO agencies then there is no issue, but if my targeted keyword is SEO and I am getting visit for Health:D then there is a issue

I think some one is doing like a Google Bombing technique to your website.

I hope I'm wrong but if you have any doubts with your links you can disavow them. If you prefer the natural way... gain relevant links.

That is the case with many people not just you. You should not worry much about it. Instead focus on your keywords and work on your site. Unless you get traffic from unwanted sources there is nothing to bother about.

That is very true; we cant stop others site to create spam links to our site, thing we can is improve our site quality. Search engine will not penalty a site, it calculate overall performance for ranking.
