How to create core competency in online business?

    Online business is a very vast field. If you go for online business there are lot of competitors, so what type of strategy should be adopted and how to create core competency which differ you from those of your online competitors..?

    A solid SEO strategy as most webmasters are drawn in to go down the unethical route, in the long term ethical SEO will prevail.

    I believe in just one thing, whether it's online or offline if your product is better then your competitors then you're surely going to sale more then your competitors.

    Most company these days look for compliance and training regulators and ethics training that promotes effective competency in online businesses.

    well! If your product is up to the mark or exceeding the customer's expectations but you don't have sufficient promotional competencies.. What would you say about that situation.?
    Do you think you can sale more than those of your competitors??

    If your product is exceeding customer's expectations or it's up to the mark then your customer is surely going to be satisfied as he is not getting the similar thing from anywhere else thus it will result that he/she will telling about your product to his/her friends & relatives which will be free promotion of your product.

    I've always shot for strong SEO so you stick out more often then your competitors and solid testimonials showing why your product/service is of better quality then your competitors. Price isn't always a factor (to a lot of people it is, I personally pay for quality first). SEO would be my biggest suggestion though since that is one of the main forms of getting your name out there in online businesses.

    Well, you have a point but still, you have to know how to market your product. No doubt competitors has lots of strategies when selling and you have to have too.

    Doding online business first ,you need attract customers ,then confirm the quality with good price too.If you have some old customes,then you can have less stress.Building good reputation,some customers even will introduce other customers to you.

    Being credible, and honest to your customers and your product can create that "core competency" that you are targeting. Plus, a strong sense of humor in knowing the needs of your target audience is what makes your online business have a strong foundation as it stays in the Internet.

    Everything in the internet nowadays is fast and convenient, and a lot of online businesses struggle to compete in this regard. However, instead of trying to be the fastest when it comes to rendering service, perhaps your core competency should be geared towards providing unique and higher quality service. Look for a problem that you want to solve and try to approach and solve things from a different perspective. If you can provide people with a better alternative that will make their lives easier, it is certain that you will gain popularity and become a strong competitor in the market.
