how to assess the ecommerce customer satisfaction

    i heard that assessing the ecommerce satisfaction is difficult for the business. some how companies assess the ecommerce business.

    They depend on the behavior of consumers + their competitor. That is how they mostly (but not all) creates their marketing plan in terms of driving effective ecommerce campaigns for their business.

    Surveys! Use Surveymonkey or another survey service to directly ask your customers. You will get primary data to evaluate whether your customers like your product, service or company itself.

    Yeah more like a survey. Consumers are the biggest factor in changing market trends.

    Do surveys. They are always effective and easy to perform.

    I think customer satisfaction depend on the brand. How mush popular your, in that case customer respect you.

    Basically there are many way to know the customer satisfactions. The most common used method is through the survey and customer feedback. However, the best is contact your customer time to time to ask whether they having problem with the product, and help them to solve the problem if any although the product already pass the warranty period. Not waiting customer to come back to you but ourself go to ask the customer to show that how much we care about the customer. This kind of method is the best but many company are not doing this due to it is cost and time involved

    Customer Satisfaction includes various things like:-
    Website Design:- Your website should be that much attractive that your customer cant go away from your website.
    functionality:- Interface should be user friendly that user can easily do search and all.
    User Needs:- it is very important that what user wants, it should be available on your website.
    Use Polls and surveys:- you may add polls and surveys to increase your site conversion by adding meaningful queries and information.
