How should personal success be celebrated within a team?
most people in a team are studying for exams, how should their success be celebrated in a business environment (I don't mean financial rewards)?

Probably just go out and eat dinner with your friends as you succeed on your exams or what ever goals you might have achieve.

Surprisingly, one of the most effective rewards you can give someone is a simple "good job" and show them
that you honestly appreciate their work. Individual success within a team usually isn't an individual success
because a team is interconnected and often individual success is an indirect result of team efforts. Aside from
acknowledging their success, it's a safe bet to take your team out to eat or give them a day or two off. A
little rest and relaxation away from a project can go a long way in restoring motivation and bringing in fresh
perspectives when the vacation is over.

Celebration means Happiness in my opinion. So, now it depends all upon you how to get happy. You can go out for dinner if that makes you happy or you can go and hand out in a park it all depends upon you.

You can do that by nights our, or by small team gatherings where you put emphasis on how this was a team achievement etc..

I not really get the question. For non financial reward to staff, we can make an announcement at website and notice board, let everyone know the staff performance.
Reputation is important for personal achievement. Thats why BAF does have reputation system and top BAF cash.
