Working out is necessary to stay active and healthy. If you do regular exercise you are very likely to perform all your other tasks better and you feel good most of the time. There should be many people here on businessadviceforum who do regular workout so let's share how often do your workout. I often workout 3 times weekly.

I am a powerlifter as a hobby, so I tend to workout 4-5 times a week. I think you should work out at least 3 times a week and then do cardiovascular work an additional 3 times a week. Even something as simple as a 20-30 minute walk should be considered!

As much as the working out is helpful, the walking has been just as or even more important. Now in the summer months I'm going to be swimming a lot more.

I also like to work out in my spare time. Usually I do exercises three-four times a week. I love walking or riding a bicycle, climbing and swimming. In fact I always like to stay active.

I workout twice a week only :) Stretching and yoga. I do not lift weight at all and focus on flexibility.
How do you all cope with sitting all day back pain?

Today I hope I will have the time to run a little - at last
However I have my own treadmill I was unable to manage utilizing it...
So all in all the workout is not my fave type - I prefer running

I work out 1 time a week during my day off. I run, walk, or play basketball. I don't need to go to the gym.

Swimming is certainly a great workout, so anyone who have access to a pool should certainly add it in his/her workout routine.

3 times a weeks with a day gap is ideal for everybody who can't have enough time to do workout on daily basis. I also have the similar routine most of the times :)

And that rule is: take at least 1 full day off per week from all forms of exercise. That means, AT THE VERY MOST, you should be exercising 6 times per week total (and again, this includes weight training, cardio, and any other form of exercise).

1 hour a day 5 days a week is not bad at all and should be good enough to keep in good shape.

On what time you do it and how for how long? What is the best benefit you get from your yoga?

in our daily life our first priority is our health. So we have to to do work out daily. It is not important to go regular gym we can do proper exercises at our home also but the main thing is time we have to spend time for our health and the best time is morning.

Exercise is part of my life, i do all of my works (personal) with out taking anybody help. Almost i invest an hour in performing exercises daily. My BMI is optimal to my height and weight. So i do not need any Gym or Yoga Workouts. I prepare my food, wash my clothes, pour water to plants and clean my car and many more.
