How many times you eat during a normal

    How many times you eat during a normal ... every day life?
    are you the type of person who eats a bit and often?
    or rarely and too much?

    i usually have 3 and i'm the 2nd type of person (though it's not that healthy)

    8 am breakfast

    3pm lunch

    To lose weight, or keep from gaining weight your eat schedule should be as follows:

    Breakfast, Good size portion

    Mid Morning snac, something light, bannana, fruit, yogurt

    Lunch, 4 oz of main course, veggies

    Mid afternoon snack, yogurt, small sandwich, healthy cookies or crackers

    Supper, small portion of main meal, veggies, fruits and small starches like baked potato or whatnot

    before bed snack, small serving of light ice cream, fruit or low calorie cookies (wheat thins, grain foods)

    drink up to 60-100 oz of water per day.

    This is how i lost 120 pounds. actually got sick of eating but I was always full and lost weight. This system keeps up your metabolism and the water makes you feel full. I had great success with this.

    Hard part is preparing all the meals for the next day and of course, the cost.

    I eat a pretty good amount.. I eat 4 meals a day with snacks in between. Breakfast, Kind of Lunch, Actual Lunch, and Dinner.

    I eat 3 meals a day with a snack thrown in between two major meals.

    I eat five times a day.

    1. Breakfast
    2. Lunch
    3. Snacks
    4. Dinner
    5. Midnight Snacks


    I had these since childhood but never really got fat at all. IDK why but I have a sport probably making me maintain a good body balance and not going that heavy but instead getting more athletic body.

    There is no certain rule to taking our daily food; we can take it 3 to 4 time in light with 8 to 10 glass of water.

    I eat four times a day. Morning Breakfast, Afternoon Lunch, Tea time Snacks, Evening Dinner sometime I additionally take coffee in evening. I don't think there is any criteria for eating everyone has their own habits of eating.

    I eat whenever I feel like eating. That could be 3 times or 6 times in a day, which always includes nighttime meals or snacks. The downside to that is not getting a regular diet of good food in me. I'm not grossly overweight but neither am I in the best shape, so I could use some discipline. A random schedule doesn't help.

    you should go for a diet in regular intervals,that will give good result:)

    Usually 3 times a day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, sometimes I also eat snacks.

    I'm sporatic. Sometimes I'll really healthy, lately it's been one giant Village Inn meal or pizza delivery a day.

    I usually eat 3 times a day but sometimes I eat 4 times one in the afternoon between lunch and dinner.

    I usually eat only 3 times a day. But all of these meals are heavy... most of the time in an unlimited rice restaurants. :)

    i eat 3 times day, they r lunch dinner and night snack, breakfast depends on how early i woke up, mostly i skip it.

    Normal eating habits should be three meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition to some people in order to lose weight.

    Normally three times a day. I usually wake up 2PM and go to work at 3PM so the only meal I eat is snacks and dinner and snacks again. But if I get lucky, I eat lunch before going to work then snacks and dinner and snacks again. In weekends, I got to eat a lot since me and girlfriend likes to eat and eat.
