Social media marketing is effective for both branding and leads generating. For B2B, linkedin is the most effective way for lead generating. Facebook is an useful channel for branding and customer interaction. It's my experience.

Social Media can help you share or update any news about your business any day and any day. It won't take much time to pass that post across the users.

You can target a niche but converting this into a sale isn't easy. People mainly use SM sites for entertainment or engage with friends, they don't use it as a springboard for buying something. The platforms have become saturated with businesses marketing their products and services.

Well for me social media is the Best way for brand promotion. It helps you connect with the customers and create a lasting impression. many social media platforms and forums are created where a brand can directly interact with the Customer and can address the customers grievances.

How are you doing this? Unless people know about you they aren't going to ever see your posts.

    Yes off course !
Social media platform can actually scale your business to several folds.

*Firstly make a attractive profile on social media platform that reflect about your services.
*Create call to action or message to action button.
*Use the ads service of these platform like Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads etc. to target your audience.

We at Ashoka Group run Facebook Ads on daily basis for our focused keyword and we saw a rapid growth in our leads.

Isn't it a ironic that a marketing company has to ask this question...

It depends on what type of marketing Giraffe Marketing does. According to their profile, they are located in Manchester, but it doesn't say where. A search of "giraffe marketing Manchester" reveals both a social media company and an SEO provider. In both cases it wouldn't be ironic, but would make one wonder about the quality of their services. There is a "Manchester" in both New Hampshire and Connecticut here in the US. Adding "nh" to the search term does not result in any listing for "Giraffe Marketing", but adding "ct" gives a listing for "Direct Giraffe Marketing", which does offer Facebook Advertising. Once again, one wonders why they would ask the question, when they actual sell social media advertising.
Leaving out any location information results in a listing for both companies mentioned above, and a LinkedIn page for a company with the same name as the BAF member, but the logo is different, so that's definitely not them.
Which still leaves us with a question - why would a company that sells social media advertising ask whether it is worth it to buy their services?

Yes for sure! It provides a few benefits that I can thing of off the top of my head, although I am sure others can add more:

1 SEO - so social signals will be picked up by Google and you will have more content indexed
2 Engagement -You can go to where your customers or prospects are and engage them directly!
3 Distribution - You and get your message out there without the big distribution channels like TV and Radio
4 Demographics - You can reach who you want to reach and when as well as get data on who your message is resonating with
5 Influence - You can build yourself as an authority or "Build Your Brand Maina" if you will.

No time in history has the barriers to entry into almost in market been so low, if you are committed to advertising and promotion!

And because they are low we are now inundated with people marketing their products and services with little thought to the effectiveness of that marketing. Social media has a very poor ROI for B2C and B2B.

    Hi,

I am a new SEO company based in Manchester in the UK, I am looking to out source social media advertising as this is not my forte. I've read in several forums and groups that social network such as Facebook, Instagram were good platforms to grow your branding a couple of years back but now the social media networks starve your reach and you need a good amount of advertising budget to make a dent.

I have been looking at Vero and see that it's a new and upcoming social media app, do you think this will be a good app to push brands?

Again social media is not my strong point hence why I need help and advice.

A lot of my clients are personal trainers hence why I need this insight into social media.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Unlike most social media websites, Vero is ad-free, and intends to be that way for the foreseeable future. In other words, they are putting the "social" back into social media. You can use their "Buy Now" feature to sell directly from posts, but the site describes itself as "a place where people from all over the world can come together to connect, create and share their passions." It is NOT a place where companies can inundate member's feeds with ads. Since their business model is subscription-based, they want to provide a service members are willing to pay for - no noe is going to want to pay for the "privilege" of seeing a bunch of ads. So, no, it's probably not a good fit for your business.

Don't care what marketeers say. What about people selling products or promoting real services?
I don't want traffic I want conversions. How many of those 80% saw an increasing on conversions?

Yes. It is a right place for lead generation and business marketing as well. You can build leads as per your needs.

First, you need to find a target audience. By going to their profile and page into about, from where you can get there any contact detail of them as a lead.

    Hello everyone,

I think in these days, it's very difficult to stand alone and doing business.

Social media is a platform for you to tell them that there is you in this world.

Then, it's time for your chance!
