Do you have plants in your office? Do you do some stretching?
I don't have plants in office, I drink coffee for relieve stress.
As do I, I try drinking less than two cups a day but sometimes work can get hectic!
When do I feel stress at work ! I take a little Break, Do smoke & tea than Back to work.
When i feel stressfull, i walk in office, chat with colleagues that's makes me fresh to go back to work
No plants in my office when i feel stress then i take a some drinks.

Aside from that though I guzzle decaf Green Tea at work. I just absolutely love the stuff!
I always do stretching and listening music at work because it lessen my stress.
I find some free time to go see film with my family and dining out together.
Read favorite books.
Watching tv program what I like.

I drink coffee to relieve stress, too much causes stress!
I ate some dessert or watching comedy film. It will help too.
The key is a simple breathing technique. You can build on it, but here's the basics.
Breath in to a count of 5, and out for a count of 5.
Repeat that for several reps until you feel calmer or can think more clearly.
Do this before, during and/or after stressful times.
To the meeting, traffic lights, while you are talking, on the toilet, etc etc.
It amazing what you can do with just a second of clarity, right?
If you feel too much stress, always remember to take a step back, breathe and internalize. You should always calm yourself, clear your mindset and take something that will reduce the stress you feel.
I drink coffee, eat something if I feel stressed or just take a break in a minute then back to work.

talking each other cracking jokes etc i used to reveal myself..sometime i sed to have coffee sometime...
Must listen relax music from skyfm, But the boss always say no
Take a break for few minutes and drink coffee.
I think music is the best way to stay stress free. I love slow music and it keeps me fresh.
