How do you manage your stress?

    I like to do yoga as it calms my body down and really eases my stress that I'm having for the day. A little yoga is always good! What do you do?

    For exercise I do some walking and I believe that getting some gentle exercise is very important for handling stress. My other method for handling stress is keeping lists, I put the most important task at the top of the list and work my way down. That way I know that I'm working on what I should be working on and it keeps me focused and motivated.

    i like listen some music and then have a long sleep, or i will chat with my best friends

    By doing Meditation daily I can Manage the stress.

    sometime I do yoga, but usually listen to some light music or happy songs can make me forget the stress and have energy to face with the stress.

    Exercise Baby

    Exercise is the best therapy for stress for me! I prefer to exercise 4-5 days per week vigorously. Usually I will run 4-5 miles, pick out a p90X workout, or ride my bike. Exercise is definately a great stress reducer!

    I have alot about yoga from my teacher in my school days and I believe it has positive impact on your body and emotion but yet I find it really hard and annoying to do it.So,to manage stress I don't exercise but I just do the things that I like eg.travel,hang out with friends,watch movies,listen songs,etc.

    Of course it is!

    When we feel stress or anxiety, one of our natural instincts is to run!

    SO I RUN! Along the side of the road, then when you get puffed, walk for a bit, then start running again.

    Before you know it you will be able to run for kilometers without stopping. And, you will lose weight and feel GREAT!

    anyway, back to the internet.....

    I'd give the same answer that I gave in #2 of this thread. I believe that planning your work and exercising are the best ways to handle stress and I would be happy to communicate that to a potential employer.

    Usually i listing songs.. Watch t.v.. Go out with friends....

    TO make myself stress free i take a sleep of half an hour, just relax myself. and if got some days between work then i go for uphill drive as this thing relaxes me. only i want to say if you feel stressed do what you are good at this boosts your moral and you can fight the stress easily.

    I like to focus on other things during stressful times, take my mind of it for some time.

    I manage stress by being active in sports and not think about other things while doing it...

    By doing Meditation I will manage my stress. Meditation is the best way to manage the stress.

    I manage stress by doing something that takes my mind of work which contributes to the stress I am feeling...

    Jogging every morning makes works too! I also like to watch motivational video and read books to energize my day.
