I just signed up with Vonage and I was trying to figure out how to set up some type of automated operator that would say something like this: All our agents are busy right now, please stay on the line and your call will be answered in the order it was received. I'm not sure what I need in order to accomplish this. I want to set that up instead of my 800 number just ringing and going to a voice mail as that would be less professional. Any help that could shine some light on this would be awesome! Thanks!
