Hi All! I'm developing an indoor fixture to be made of recycled PET bottles. I have heard that PET bottles get brittle after a number of years. Is this true? Is there an additive that can be used to mitigate this? I have very little knowledge about this. I don't know if I am in the right place but I'm looking for a company in Ontario to mold a run of parts from recycled or reprocessed materials. Moreover, by using recycled products such as PET bottles, we will also be able to fulfill our green manufacturing requirements. My business partner asked me to search for companies in Ontario as we don’t want to spend much on exporting those fixtures. I found out that a company baytechplastics.com in Ontario has in-house recycling programs. But I need some suggestion on this. Please help me! Thanks in advance for your suggestions!
