    You need to do Seo and Social media marketing properly. Then use live chat software and support on your website. Because marketing increase your website traffic and live chat support team answers all visitors questions and satisfy them. Also tell them about your services.

    You need to advertise your product using SMM. There's a lot of ways to improve your sales. Keep researching :)

    Increase your site traffic for increasing the sales. For increase traffic advertise your sites on social sites like Facebook, Twitter etc.

    Promote your store on Facebook and Twitter. Social media platforms are an important way for businesses, especially online businesses, to market themselves. Start an account and encourage people to "like" and "share" your store's page to spread the word.

    For your type of niche I would go direct, business-to-business. The website would be one of the calls to action I put on my marketing pieces, but my primary goal is to have them call me for an appointment over the phone or preferably face-to-face.

    While this probably isn't the angle you are considering with your T-shirt business, I urge you to consider how many T-shirts you could sell to a single company that does frequent social events and has a high need for shirts, versus trying to sell shirts individually to end-users in a sea of online competition.
