If you were going to spend $50 per week to promote your website, how would you spend it?

Thanks realitybites.in, some good suggestions there. How would you advertise on DP and webmaster forums, most of them don't have a plug your site section?

    Anyone else got any suggestions?

Paid advertisements using sites such as http://projectwonderful.com, and if the budget weren't solely for promotion, I would try to buy up smaller sites also. :)

Thanks Mikey, Project Wonderful looks great, have you used them yourself?

Can you please expand on your suggestion, re buying up smaller sites, a little? How could I use that to promote another website?

Yes, I wanna know more about Project Wonderful. Most Japanese entertainment blog/site uses them.

In regarding to Fergal's question, I will do he following:
    1. Use Google Adwords. I will certainly get more visits from it.
    2. Paid Advertising on high traffic sites.
    3. Submit my blog into different directory using the premium method or hiring a directory submitter.
    4. If there are some amount left, I'll save it for future uses such as renewing domains and such.

I would probably use it offline, $200 per month would get me an ad in a trade magazine with a circulation of 10,000 readers.

Thanks Sean, that's a great suggestion, it's always good to think outside the box. That's an option that I will seriously consider.

I'd say, I'd spend it solely on video creation/submission for my niche with a little help of quality back links.

Thanks gtt, would you create the videos yourself or pay someone to do it?

I'd create the videos and do the submission myself. I'm extending my resources and enhancing my skills on video creation lately so I think I'd rather stick to it that way. It's quite exciting and there's a lot of interesting things to work on SEO projects and internet marketing and I'm taking them one at a time.
