I think walk-up early morning and walk for some distance and continuous all day routine.

    Nice list!

The only thing I would modify is that instead of a cup of black/green tea in the evening, have a caffeine-free tea. Any caffeine after noon will interfere with sleep (for me, at least).

Having a glass of water first thing in the morning made a significant impact on morning productivity.

I think it depends on where you live. I don't think you would wanna drink luke warm water in Dubai or Saudi Arabia. I have been to Dubai once, water is expensive than carbonated drinks like Coca Cola and fuel is cheaper than both. You cannot survive without Air conditioners and drinking luke warm water will not quench your thirst.

Luke warm water is very healthy for your body in terms of

1-keeping your digestive system clean and proper
2-You can breath even smooth and you feel light
3-Luke warm water is very good for girls as well.
4-Early morning luke warm water with some drops of lemon juice also reduce weight.

    Cheers

Thats what i said, luke warm water, i didnt mention Hot water. Luke warm is healthy then cold water. I can prove it with example.

For example you had a healthy dinner intake last night, you ate some fatty burgers or breads. You slept. When you will wake up early morning and you will drink cold water' it will not dilute the fat in your veins, the fat will get to remain intact with your body veins. And people get more diseases because of this factor.

Ain't nobody got time for fat! Drink at least 3 liters of water (more alkaline, more benefits) + join a gym (at least 3 times a week) + no trans fat, no sugar, more veggies and you are all set.

    Thanks for the great tips!
I would like to add some of my own tips; a small walk in the early morning would keep you fresh and make your day fresh and energetic. Doing yoga or some exercise might help one to have a healthy body. Also, try not to skip your breakfast for any cost. Having healthy breakfast will increase the stamina for the day and make you to take up some extra works.

Agree with your points what you have mentioned, but I am a very busy man I don't have time to do all these things because of my busy schedule. Rarely I get a time to work out like only on Sunday, can you tell me anything that I can do in my office also like light exercise.

If you're that pressed for time look into Tabata training and other sorts of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) routines that require a sick amount of effort crammed into a very short duration.

For exercise selection you can likely do all of these in your office, hallways, parking lot, or stairwells: pullups on back of door, box jumps, kettlebell or dumbbell swings (only need 1 weight), mountain climbers, pushups, dips off desk/chair, crunches (standard, reverse, side-to-side), planking for time. There are a ton more but we pretty much just covered most of your muscle groups.

If you should have a healthy life style then you could drop down this points:
    1) get up early in the morning
    2) Do the exercises of 30 minutes
    3) eating a more vegetables which can be healthy and tasty
    4) eat early in the breakfast, lunch and dinner
    5) you should do the brisk walking of 30 to 40 minutes.
    6) you should eat home-maked food rather than microwaved food
    7) away from non vegetarian food like as a meat and all that things

So, These are the point if you want to your body is good then Considerable these points...

Well from my point of view, reading current affairs should be part of healthy lifestyle too. As it enhances knowledge where can easily take better step towards gaining profit & mental piece.
