Happy foods

    Hi,
    If your are feeling low had a hard day at office or work, mind is upset.You can make yourself happy just by eating some of these foods :)

    Chocolate: Chocolate can help brighten our mood. The sugar in chocolate also boosts our levels of endorphins, another hormone that makes us happy.

    Bananas:Just when you feel low and stressed up go for bananas.Bananas are great mood elevators.Bananas also boost our energy level.

    Nuts:Nuts contains vitamin E, an antioxidant to fight stress.It also contain Omega-3 helps improve the blood flow in our brain.

    Coffee:coffee is one of the world's best mood-enhancing drink.It can boost your energy level and also can improve your memory.It has some disadvantages also too much coffee can also spoil your sleep and cause anxiety.


    Lastly, anything which is cooked by mother is simply great and makes you feel happy :)...

    Seems like those foods and drink are worth it. But we should be little careful with Coffee though.

    I like dark chocolate, bananas, grapes and apples.

    Ginger, lemon and orange juice (freshly squeezed) also boost your energy! Especially when you drink them in the morning - i.e. orange juice and tea with lemon and ginger! Thatll wake u right up! ;)

    I am having fun reading about your happy food :D

    I love chocolates but only those that are not too sweet - can't eat a lot else my throat will be in trouble.
    I ate a lot of peanuts before - but got fed up of eating after buying 500 grams every week for 12 consecutive weeks. Now I am not craving for it and didn't bother to eat even single peanut as I feel like I am going to vomit when I ate it :D
    I am eating at least 1 banana everyday but I stop drinking coffee for boosting my energy as it triggered my headache. I used to drink tea instead of coffee for boosting energy / relaxing my body...

    Adding more vegetables in our diet can help in reducing stress and boost our immunity to any diseases...

    i am fond of pizza and south Indian food so I love to eat and cook all this type of food.

    Lovely post, Quite loving the smoothies at the moment, lots of oppurtunity to pack lots of good things in with good taste too. Unfortunately was loving my smoothies so much the other day i managed to spill my latest creation down the front of my suit, whoopsy!

    I am agree with you. Eatables like banana, chocolate, nuts and like others are really effective in increasing our mood but we should be cautious about our Coffee intakes.

    I'm always drinking a coffee I don't like chocolate because this is sweet. Thanks for your sharing your tips.
