Which one you prefer? Gym or Street Workout, explain why
Both have their benefits. Gym gives you comfort and a wider variety of workouts, and street workout gives you fresh air and more pleasant surroundings. I'm sticking with gyms simply because I'm female and I wouldn't feel comfortable being out in the open with all my stuff scattered around and having random observers stare at me...
As the person above me mentions "Gym gives you comfort and a wider variety of workouts " this is the exact reason why i would prefer GYM workout ..doing workout in street is quiet difficult as there are lots of distraction & it can be really hard to focus on your workout.
I would like to say, I love gym workouts because it gives me strength, proper shape to my body and keep me fit. Street work out is also very good and give you all things what you want it, I am not sure but what I personally feel that street workout is specially for the dancer people is not for the common man.
Both are good. Gym workout pretty much means you are in a place with other people all seeking the saem goal. Street workout (walking, jogging around the block etc) gives you a good "fresh air" timeout.

Street workout...well you don't really need to go to Gym to be fit. You can go jogging for 45 minutes every morning and then after that you can do some simple push ups, pulls ups or squats and still keep yourself in good health.
Street workout. Walking, jogging, or cycling in the open air has many benefits. I would use the gym if attending dance or yoga classes.
Hmmm, I would prefer going to the GYM also, well, it's because they have more equipments and there are more people that can help you out with your fitness programs.
Gym because I can work out anytime of the day and without worrying about the weather..
I prefer street walk because I have not enough time to go for GYm.
This depends on what is outside on your streets.
Rural, rolling hills, wide open spaces, clean air with little traffic would be a great place for a cardio workout. Perhaps not the best for muscle building to enhance metabolism.
City streets, however, have few hills, lots of traffic and pedestrians, and polluted air.
Living in a city as I do, I go to a gym. I can do weights and cardio all in one place.
I prefer gym, however you really need a variety.
I just did an endurance/obstacle race, and I realized that there are many muscles that I don't hit in the gym --- so mix it up.
Gym, crossfit, cycling, running stairs, swimming --- don't stick to just one thing or you will limit your overall physical fitness levels.
I think both of them are fine as far as health is considered, but i often feel that gym is boring. Street work out look more fun to me.
Either Gym or street workout, it depends on how you maintain your body. But I prefer Street Workout less money to pay the gym, it has more fun and more.
All depends on the person where to lose his\her weight IMHO.
I would prefer gym. There are lots of workouts you can do there and equipments you can use.
Street workout , I love outdoors and like to do stuff without the help of any machines. I would also like to add some swimming sessions in my street workout routines.
Yes true but i think machines helps you in doing more effort, street workout is also good for psyche as you get out of your room and see the world along with loosing few pounds, but machines always make you loose more than it.
