So the objective of every webbsite owner is to get massive visitors to their website and because google is the biggest search engine around we cant do it without google. Now using exact relevant keywords dont necessarily land you on page 1 since you aint the only one using it anyway.so is it possible to be on google's page 1 and not get massive visitors.how do you get there with a popular key phrase used by many?how best should we go about the issue of onsite offsite seo?or should we just hire someone to do the dirty work?if we should, then who should we hire that woudn't break our neck in fees and deliver perfect results?what about the guys who tell us they can drive massive traffic to our site for a fee?should we believe the hype?if we can't be successful online without google, then lets forget about the lots of junk out there and answer the one big question within us here at BAF.what exactly does google need to be happy and take us to page1 assuming we ought to be on page1 to be successful and how to be drive the necessary traffic to our websites without beating around?cheers everyone. page 1 and not get massive visitors.how do you get there with a popular key phrase used by many?how best should we go about the issue of onsite offsite seo?or should we just hire someone to do the dirty work?if we should, then who should we hire that woudn't break our neck in fees and deliver perfect results?what about the guys who tell us they can drive massive traffic to our site for a fee?should we believe the hype?if we can't be successful online without google, then lets forget about the lots of junk out there and answer the one big question within us here at BAF.what exactly does google need to be happy and take us to page1 assuming we ought to be on page1 to be successful and how to be drive the necessary traffic to our websites without beating around?cheers everyone.

Depending on the keywords chosen, yes, it is possible to get to the top of Google's page 1 for a keyword phrase and not get "massive visitors". If the keyword phrases you get ranked for do not get many searches, you will not get many visitors. It is also possible, depending on the industry, that, although a keyword phrase may get a substantial number of visitors, the amount will not be "massive". It is also possible that a phrase that gets "massive visitors" is too competitive for a particular company's budget.

I would absolutely not fall for guys who promise massive traffic for a fee. This traffic will most likely not be targeted, and will not bring you sales. As far as SEO, it again depends on your budget. For a small one-person business that makes enough money to be comfortable, but not much more, it would not be feasible to hire someone, and they would probably have to do as much as they can, but will not be ranked for phrases that will bring them "massive traffic".
As far as hiring someone, there is no one definition of "perfect results". Unfortunately, this is an industry where you (should) "get what you pay for", and, again, it depends on your budget. There is a wide variety of prices, and several levels of service, depending on the company, or consultant, that you hire. Some can get you ranked, but maybe not for competitive phrases, but you still can get some traffic from these rankings. It may also take longer to get ranked. Others can get you ranked for competitive phrases, but also take a long time. If you have the budget, there are companies who can get you ranked for phrases that can get substantial, perhaps even "massive", traffic, in a reasonable length of time. However, it could get expensive. Of course, if a company gets you ranked for phrases that bring substantial traffic, and you make more than what you paid them, it's worth it. Keep in mind, however, that the job of the SEO firm is to get you ranked for phrases that get a substantial amount of searchers. If they do that, you got what you paid for.

No one knows except Google. However, there are SEO consultants and SEO firms out there who know enough to be able to get their client's websites to page 1 for phrases that do bring them enough customers to make them happy, and in many cases their clients are able to substantially increase their business. The only way to find these companies is to do your homework, and check them out thoroughly.

And, sometimes, they find you ;).
