With the creation of new GA account, we have to get new GA tracking code and place it on website to start tracking. But there are might be some option to get the old tracked data, as we don't want to loose them.

You have to create the new code for your website.

Unfortunately, there is no way to recover a deleted Google Analytic Account, at least not that I heard of.

You can try two things tho:
    1. Try creating the account with same ID, same account and all the same settings. There is a possibility that it might give you same code. Pretty foolish, but doesn't hurt to try.
    2. Contact Google Support. I have heard of cases where the support guys at Google helped some clients in recovering their deleted IDs.

I don't think that Google guys will help you in that you have to create the new analytic code and need to upload it, but the thing is that can't recover your previous data like other important report.

I think it will give you same tracking code for that same website. Create new account for a website and try it.

If you create new Google analytic account then you will get new code for your website.

Do not worry, you create a new account and submit to google. but the old data will be lost and you had to watch from the beginning

Along with the new Google Analytic account, you will come across a new code. I did research to get some loopholes, but the answer is we can't retrieve the old analytic code, nor the data is recoverable.
