Hey - It might be a great option to reach out to local media in the form of lifestyle bloggers & publications and invite them to an open evening where they get to know more about the business and try your product and service you offer. Once they have done this, they can share to their social media channels (hopefully the ones who you work with will have a large social following) along with content you can share for your own social media channels. The use of Instagram and Twitter is great for local businesses with NO overheads and costs. When sharing for eg; the food you make, create an instagram story and include # in the description on insta story as this will pop up for anyone looking at that hashtag in the area so it's free publicity.
