Firstly you need purchase the latest and utmost CPU as a hedge against future obsolescence.Adding random get get access to to recollection (RAM) can advance a computer's raw pace nearly as much as a much quicker processor. The dimensions and type of drives installed in a computer are reflected in the cost as well.
this would be sufficient for office use if you need the machines in large number then search for the borrow those on the lease it may save your money but it depends on the how many machines you required.
Due to availability of plenty of resources in the technology market you will found many options, tryout for searching from the local service providers near your place.
The first significant thing to keep in brain about the hardware is that you are buying a business desktop system, not a gaming system or back-office server. So you don't need to pay extra for adorned 3D graphics cards, dual-processor schemes, or RAID drives. Your goal is good performance for the phrase processing, spreadsheet, and Internet/e-mail work that your staff actually expends most of their time on.
Thanks for such a good information.
I think this will be enough for the official use.
I would like to suggest you to go for HP desktop.

I havent had a single issue with Acer laptops. I use a gaming laptop from the Acer Aspire series, but I have never played a game on it, even once Irrespective of the hardware, I think you just have to look at a RAM of possibly 3GB or greater, a good windows software (7 or 8 as per your interests). Whichever is the company, they all deliver the same thing!
And also, dont forget to ensure that a servicing center of the brand you choose to buy is within your locality!
please go through the pricecheckindia site. there you can found a laptop with minimum cost only
