Actually I do think that all foods are benefits to our body, as long as our consumption is not exceeding to a normal intake. That should be the deal.

For me fruits and vegetables are important in a diet. But, we have to be aware too that we need some balance in anything that we eat. We must have all the vitamins and nutrients that our body needs.

Salad is good but I would suggest to have a heavy breakfast with reasonable amount of protein.

Breakfast is the most important meal of all, as the chinese says:
    早餐吃的饱
    午餐吃的好
    晚餐吃的少
It literally means, you need to have a full breakfast, follows by a good lunch, and lastly eat less for your dinner.

Why less? Due to the fact that our body metabolism is having a rest (not working so vigorously at night time compares to day time)

A healthy diet can help you best to look and feel great. A healthy diet should include more of proteins, vitamins, antioxidants, minerals. Always Eat a healthy and antioxidants diet. Because antioxidants help to maintain the moisturization levels of your skin. Therefore your skin feels hydrated.

I think for good health, fresh fruits and always some greens are needed, they have all the vitamins. To live good and prosper greens are always the best, daily exercises wouldn't hurt :).

I think we all know that a balanced diet is necessary.

But for me personally, I like to drink 1-2 cups of water before I do anything else. Then, if you're like me and have no time to eat, I would just grab a banana and some oats for breakfast. Eat a balanced lunch with 3-4 cups of water. Then enjoy a dinner before actually leaving office.

I follow these steps each day in eating and doing excercise:
    • Eat fruits, vegetables, and whole grains every day.
    • Eat in moderation.
    • Don’t smoke or use tobacco.
    • Drink alcohol only in moderation. That's no more than one drink a day for women, two for men.
    • Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night.
    • Take a brisk 10-minute walk everyday.
    • Drink plenty of water. ( Sign if you drink enough: Your pee should be clear or slightly yellow.)
