    For good heath every one should take balaced diet, drink 3 to 5 litre water a day, have fruit daily and time to time healthcare checkup.

    Among fruits, I prefer Apple because it is considered to be the best food for good health as it contains antioxidants which assist in fighting free radicals. Besides fruits, Almonds and Broccoli have innumerable health benefits.

    Do exercise regular and focus on healthy diet. Eat green vegetables and fresh food. Consume less calories and drink plenty of water. Be happy and stay healthy.

    Many fresh fruits have vitamins that they are good for health.

    Today, having nutrition supplement to fulfill our health too. Select the trusted one and take it for sometimes is recommended.

    for good health running and exercise early morning and do yoga everyday and get fresh fruits and veg. or non veg do not use the supplements.

    Hi Friend,

    For good health, I am taking less food since 8 years and daily 20 minutes exercise and 30 minutes walking. Beside this I reduced in take of pickles, mas-alas, oils, fries.

    Food that good in our body is to meat, fish, fruits, vegetables and minerals.

    Foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals. Going back to basics, as long as you know you are eating the Go Grow and Glow foods, then you know you are eating healthy.

    There are lot of ways to get health, take less taste food. If the taste is increase in food, you are nearing to get illness. So less taste for good health.

    If you prepare your own food instead of fast food/processed food, then you are way ahead of the curve.

    Look into the "Blood Type" diet. The basic concept is that your body has an immune response to the foods we put into our bodies. For example wheat has a lot of allergens that irritate the stomach and intestines. The reason for the irritation is the wheat contains its own defences against being attacked by bacteria. These are very effective in protecting the wheat when it is growing however when we eat the wheat it also causes problems for our stomach and intestines, causing irritation, which is actually an immune response. A lot of foods cause our bodies immune system to react and fight against the food we put in our stomachs.

    Research has been done on determining which specific food cause the strongest immune responses. As it was discovered it is dependent on your blood type. In general if you are an O blood type you can eat meats but not so much vegetables. However if you are an A blood type you can't eat much meat, but can eat a lot of vegetables. The other blood types also have their own reactions to foods. So if you follow the diet correctly you end up eating foods that do not cause irritation to your intestines and basically give your immune system a rest from what can otherwise be a daily struggle with foods.

    As a result when your immune system is not burdened with fighting the foods you place in your stomach each day it is suddenly free to go around the rest of your body and deal with other infections and diseases, this can help prevent cancer and a lot of other diseases that build up over time and would otherwise be missed.

    You will also feel lighter as the food will no longer be "heavy" in your stomach & will pass through you a lot easier. It is also one of the main treatments for infertility that work when nothing else works. Basically when your body is stressed because your immune system is constantly fighting the wrong foods you consume then reproductive functions and productions do not work well. Fixing your diet can give your body a much needed rest and improve sperm production & health & cause other reproductive systems to function much better.

    I won't believe these things, it may be out side food or home food. According to our fate and luck our health will be.

    Kale, Avocado, and Broccoli are superfoods.
    These should be included in any healthy diet.
    Plus for you aging males out there; broccoli helps maintain testosterone levels -- contributing to maintaining fitness levels as you age!

    For good health, food is not enough, you should start exercising regularly too. However, in my opinion, apart from fruits, food that is cooked in home is the healthiest food. Avoid living on junk foods and sodas, they are never good for your health and never it will be. Eat lots of fruits and green vegetables.

    This much isn't enough. You need to do daily exercises as well relaxing meditations. If your indulging into a hobby like dancing, acrobatics, painting, which actually makes you happy/refreshing, then its the best.
