Why do you become depressed in autumn?
Fall Depression Can Kill You As summer comes to an end and the leaves start to turn those beautiful hues, many people see the deciduous plants and trees, with the leaves changing colors and falling away as a sign of things dying all around them. Combined with shorter days, and less natural sunlight, this can be a trigger for the onset of depression. Sound scary? It is. According to the National Institute of Mental Health-
Depression is the worst part of anyone's life. It takes away the best moment from your life and fills your heart with griefs and sorrows, takes you to the point of death. My advice is that, whenever you feel depressed or down, spend your time with your friends, closed ones and moreover with your families. They are the best halves of your lives, seeing their glowing faces and doing bubbly talks, you will forget all your sad and fearful thoughts and make your day beautiful as before...
"Live with your family, live for your family"
I don't fall depressed in autumn But when things are wrong. But every obstacles or problem has to go one day or they remain at a side, so we have to move along. Depression is just a feeling of mind and life is there to give you so much to cover it up. Life is what you can make.
