Amal I would say that the most important thing is to select the right agents and then provide them with great training so that they have the skills required to provide excellent customer care to your callers. The agents should have a good knowledge of the product or service, so that they can answer customer care calls. They should also be trained in customer care itself, so that they can provide a friendly professional service at all times.
