Employees are lazy

    My friend owns a business, product delivery services for home goods. The problem, that he has been facing is that employees are really lazy in their duty. Customers are submitting the complaints daily. Thus, he have to keep an eye on employees always in order for profits to come in. How he can increase the productivity of employees. Any suggestions ???

    Employees are lazy this is a big question. there are many reason behind it like salary problems, post problems, problem with other employees who work with him/her and many more i just advice you that first you are create friendly environment at your work place and give guidance about what his/her role in business/company, arrange weekly employee meeting and every time you give him/her new work responsibility and also arrange personal discussion meeting and talk with him/her about why you are not working properly, you have any problems with other employees or work and you help him/her and find a middle way.

    It's really bad news if the employees are lazy at their work. If they can't do the duty what they should to do. Tell your friend to make them more energetic and active. If possible try to give them bonuses according to their performance. In thus way employees may be active.

    Well changing their surroundings may be a good factor in this situation such as changing the space where they work so it is free from procrastination and maybe boost the mindsets of the other workers? Maybe perhaps reminding them of their job and if they fail to do it what it become too.
