    Hello Everyone...

    Pleasure to be here, thanks for the opportunity!

    In Regard to Email étiquette and Communication, I have this particular question:

    Synaps:
    I emailed a business source (david) I recently met, introducing him to another source (jen) with similar business interest. I thought by connect them together, they might benefit fro each other. The introduction was fine...they each took turn introducing themselves in which I was cc'ed in. Yesterday I received an email from (david) indicating that (jen) "Your contact never emailed me back btw."

    Question:
    What's the best way to respond to him, without losing him as a business friend and resource?

    Hi Mac,

    Just kindly let David know the next time you speak with Jen you will see if she received his email. Contact Jen and get her side. No really need to jump to conclusions or worry about it until you get both sides of the story. Just be as helpful and nice as possible to try and figure out where the miss-connection is taking place and go from there. Keep us posted on what happens.
