    To succeed in your communication, you need to follow the following tips:
    1. Be sincere and interested in what you say.
    2. Know well your recipients.
    3. Pay attention to the non-verbal reactions as well as the verbal ones to adjust your style.
    4. Make your message direct and concise.
    5. Avoid the terms that your recipients may not understand.
    6. Keep in your mind that the way you speak is as important as what you say.
    7. Construct your message and reactions on what you hear from others not about them.
    8. Do your best to improve your listening skills.

    A big thing you can do when in conversations is use eye contact. That is a very big one. It shows the talker that you are listening to the conversation. If you are looking down or something, the talker will think that you aren't listening to what they have to say.

    Thanks . This is good tips provided . I have the problems that i can'nt talk too much because i have not able to create the interest to talk to each other. And also wanted to complete more things in too small talk. If m try to talk then same fear ia arise and i am not talk too much .. So plaese tell me what m do for this.
