There are many shopping carts options available for the all. Such as Cart Genie, Squirrelcart, Advanced Cart, Avactis Shopping Cart and many more. If you could give proper details then you would have got a perfect option.

If your new to on line sales then it might be better to use a shopping cart with payment processor. When there not made to work together you can run it to headaches.

I would advise using Magento. It has a strong community, and great extensions and templates. It does have a steep learning curve though

If you want something which is super easy, I suggest Moonfruit.. If you want your own software on your own webhost then magneto, prestashop, ubercart juts to name a few.

I highly recommend PrestaShop. I’ve tried Joomla, OpenCart, Miva, VirtueMart, Magento and a few others over the years. And PrestaShop is unbelievably good! Free source code with basic mods included; and many other commercial mods are available to buy as it’s an active and healthy community. Easy to use, very light footprint so sites load fast- wish I’d found PrestaShop earlier. It’s a dream after the nightmare complexity and/or poor documenatation of some of the others.

You should choose Magento platform to get your ecommerce solution. In Magento you can make your shopping cart process easier using various Magento extensions. If you want to grab more customers, they should find your website, easy to navigate. Here in Magento you can also build a mobile version of your website.

There are loads and loads of shopping cart are available. It is important for which platform do your require shopping cart. Joomla Shopping cart is also a good option and I highly recommend on it.
