Does sports help us in our life

    Do you really think Sports are teach us? Or Give lot of confidence to do any think? If any one want to share his thoughts?
    I feel, yes! It is.....

    Sports help build one's confidence over exposure to different types of people, situations, etc. Sports also help in building mental, physical and health awareness and boost of self-esteem benefits.

    Ya exactly. Sports build up how to focus our target. And how to reach there target.. Sports also develop in us confidence. Aggression, Smartness. And also teach how to deal with different people different way.... So sport is so important in our life... Also teach if we fail than getup and do again again until you not win.....

    in my opinion the most important thing we learn from sports is tolerance and patience.there are a lot of things that sports teach us including reactions on our own mistakes and on the others.

    Hi all. Sunday I broke my Finger while playing a cricket. Doc told me to rest at least 4 to 5 weeks... So i can't play cricket now. I feel bed, Not for my finger, But i can not play cricket 4 to 5 weeks.. Any ways that's life.. It' s happens some time.......

    Sports is just a fun way to spend time, it does not really help us. I got several injuries due to sports, so if anything it's the opposite.

    We are not sport athletes, so it does highly influence our life. Compare to sport athletes, sport is their career and it's directly impact their lifestyle. They gain people respect, popularity, advertising sponsor...

    Sports is necessary one's life, why? Because in sports we gain a lot, it contributes good health (physically and emotionally), friends, popularity and a lot of learning.

    To me sports build confidence, friendship...and even confidence in friendship. A friend who will pass you a ball instead of going for solo will more likely pass you a help when you need it. Worked for me...

    Sports are very beneficial to us in different ways, it could give give us a healthier, livelier life. More friends , different experiences and many more.

    Yes I think it does because it brings fun which is always necessary to sustain life. Also having it be physical and mental at times helps us out a bunch. I think however you look at it they are good.

    yes. Sport not only helps us to keep our body heathy but also train our mind such as decision making, streategy, team work etc

    Yes, I think sports help us a lot in our life. If you are a competitive athlete, then you have an incredible mental toughness that you will need in going through the daily struggles of life. Also, sports give us the confidence that we need.
