I listen to music since it really does help me be more proactive and energetic at work or it just helps kick start my day. I have a playlist on Spotify, I listen to different genres but mostly upbeat RnB, EDM, and classical.

Music helps me a lot when working. I've found the alpha brain wave tracks to be really useful to get into the zone and really focus.

Ah, the wonders of music. It can lift up your mood when you are feeling low or experiencing some emotional turmoil. Listening to music that you can relate your experiences with can have a cathartic effect when you're continuously listening to it. Pain and grief takes away people's joy and music has a way of letting us relive these emotions and then helps us to let go of it so that by the time we've finished pouring it all out, we'll come out relaxed and happier. And then we'll say, "because of that song, I was able to overcome that phase in my life.."

Doing love music and songs not only help our mood in present but also extend our time of happiness of the day.

I'm not only fond them but I have been translating lyrics into my native language as well.

1000% necessary to both focus and be productive. I couldn't get stuff done without music. Also, I kind of like to put on some binaural beats occasionally (for me they kind of work).

Whenever I feel sad or tired, I used to listen music. Listen music helps you to come out from stress and it calms your mind so that you can take proper decisions.

It can lift your mood for that moment no doubt, but it might not make you happier because happiness is a state, not an emotion. Pleasure, joy and excitement, for example, are emotions that can be spurred by listening to 'happy music'. However, happiness is related to many aspects that include, but are not limited to, one's circumstance, attitude and mindset. If you are terribly unhappy in the first place, music cannot make you happier if any of these aspects doesn't change significantly as a result of simply listening to it. For example, if you're holding an unfulfilling job, listening to music can't change that. But it could put you in a good spirit that could lead to a more positive attitude towards the job and in turn make you happy, though you have to make those connections yourself.
