I've read a hell of a lot of personal development books, been on Tony Robbins and Landmark Forum weekends, and continue to look at blogs, listen to podcasts and watch YouTube. The trouble is there's so much "good" stuff (some of which actually conflicts) that I find that sometimes I become a bit of a personal development junkie - happy to get my quick fix but struggle to actually move into action.

Part of the issue is finding the right stuff to work on, stuff that genuinely resonates with me, and to weed out the rest. Do you have that problem?
