Our bodies develop a routine and it is easier to get up early in the morning if that's what we are used to. I try to get up at the same time every morning, but sometimes late nights and weekends put me out of synch. I heard one speaker say that he gets up at the same time every single day including weekends, regardless of how late he was up the night before. His view was that this kept his routine and made it easier to get up and be productive. What about you, do you get up at the same time every day?
