Could you help me with some reviews on DMCA for streaming content. My streaming platform is down with my current provider. I am thinking about Softlayer. What is your experience with them regarding DMCA? Tnx

Well I'd recommend you to find an offshore provider which will allow you to host content not concerning DMCA

    BUT!
you need to remember that Google can exclude your site from its search results as well if someone will file a DMCA complaint against you.

i think many Sweden based servers will allow you have any kind of material on your site , but as edwin stated that once the DMCA will be issued and if you don't respond for this DMCA , then google will not take your site in its results , but you may still get the traffic form other sources like social media or some through come cpa sites .
