It is one of the important methods to distribute the anchor text on websites in order to have a reasonable web construction. Also the most common method is to build internal links on the body text to other pages manually or automatically.

then how to make good distribution of link juice while make more benefits to the sites?

Link juice is distributed by Google's spiders when they visit your web page. The more links you have on a particular page, the less juice Google distributes to each individual link.

You haven't distribute, search engines will fetch automatically. You juts need to make quality links on the top class sites only if you need good link juice to your site otherwise you got nothing.

Internal Link Structure will be the most effective way to maintain link juice within your website.

Lets take an example blog. The newly installed blog will contain "Posted under 'category name'" , "View comments", "tags" links under each post in the home page.
You should insert 'nofollow' tags for these links to control link juice pass. You can have only 'dofollow' attribute for post title, which will transfer the link juice.

You should control pass of link juice to unnecessary URLs. In the same way, you should have a link for your home page from all the internal page, to get the link juice back to your home page.

If you follow these you can have control over page rank and it will remains / increase rather than decrease in the next PR update.

Yes, internal links juice is an issues, but if your receive massive link juice from external pages (using do-follow attribute) Google may think that you are purchasing links for money.

PAID links are against Google Guidelines. May be that could be the reason he said.

If you are building links from other pages, make sure to use authority links before putting your website link.

but the inner structure is up to the webmaster, you can manage the inner page link juice as you like, is it right? the link juice of one web may be distributed in average way. but there may be some useless pages which have less influence to the optimization.
