Define Online Marketing and Internet Marketing. Which one is better than other?
The point that the fundamental marketing concepts are the same regardless of whether it is online or offline marketing. What differ are the marketing tactics, and the marketing strategies that drive those tactics.
Effective Internet Marketing is everything online. You can have the best product but if you can't get the word out, you simply don't stand a chance.
This may be just an unnecessary play on semantics because both are--if not exactly the same as each other-- close enough that the difference will be within the small details. Either way, these are strong competitors of traditional marketing methods such as publicity through printing as well as TV and radio ads.
Both are same and both are good.
In Online Marketing Components involve various terminologies:
1) Pay Per Click and Cost Per Click Marketing.
2) Social Media Optimization.
3) Online Product Promotion.
4) Search Engine Optimization.
5) Video and Classified Ads Posting.
6) Online Banner Advertising.
Online marketing and internet marketing in fact refer to the same thing and can be used interchangeably, simply!
Both are same no different.
It is same thing, so non of them are better than the other.
Internet marketing is better and always help to get good sales and traffic.
I think they are the same, same purpose but difference ways.
Online Marketing means selling your products and services on digital services like internet and mobile.
Internet Marketing means it includes all the types of marketing products and services and also like many all inclusive terms. In short internet marketing means different things to different people.
Internet marketing is using the internet to communicate a company message about itself, its products or services, to conduct research regarding existing and potential customers. It’s also sells goods and services, and advertises this on internet.
Online marketing is the art and science of selling product and services over digital networks, such as the internet and cellular phone networks.
So both are same.
I agree to all. They are the same.
As everyone else has mentioned, they are synonyms. Wikipedia even agrees - they mean the same thing, so no need to stress. But from my experience online marketing is more commonly used compared to internet marketing.
The best guide I've found to online marketing exists here at SEOMoz. It explains each of the components as well as provides a step by step guide.
Those are just the same things really. Thus, none of them is better or worse than the other.
