Daily intake of water

    Hi Friends,

    Consume more water daily to clean your stomach and blood vessels. Due to free flow of water in the body everything in the will be cleaned. My water intake in summer is 3 to 4 ltrs and in winter 2 to 3 ltrs. Try 1/2 ltr water in early morning before brushing your teath.

    Hi yuganisi thanks for reminding other forum members to take a water every day. Yes it is important so at least drink6-8 glass a day.

    8 glasses minimum in just a couple of weeks you'll notice a huge difference in your body and skin.

    It also decreases your appetite so you have less urge to snack

    Great tip for this forum members, I think you are taking less no of liters as you mentioned above. Try to increase 2,3 liters more.

    There are no good scientific studies to support the eight-by-eight rule. My doctor says that every women consumes 91 ounces that's about 2.7 liters per day and to all men consumes 127 ounces and that's about 3.7 liters per day. Our kidneys work to perfectly balance and regulate our water requirements so that we take in and retain as much fluid as we need and it also good to our skin.

    I drink a glass of water every morning before brushing teeth. I completely agree with you minimum of 4-5 liters of water is required for the body.

    I agree with the 4-5 liters of water, I see to it that I drink 4-5 liters of water everyday. Before I'm always constipated but now I have regular bowel movement. I also loose weight in just drinking water.

    Hi there ,

    actually i really like that Topic really its impressive discussion because that,s need must to every one about our finest health so that,s reason i also used lot of water Especially early in the Morning i am drinking 4&5 water Glasses and after it continuously doing that work after every one and half hour and that,s why i don,t have any stomach problem .

    I drink at least 10-12 glass of water daily which helps to improve skin complexion and boost immune system.

    Due to some other work and some other reasons, I could not take the limited water in some time. What to do that is happening to me some times.

    I need to drink more water. I have only been drinking about a half of a gallon per day aside from other fluids. Drinking water is vital to maintaining a healthy body.

    between 3 -4 l a day including other fluids like tea, cofee etc.... for an adult...

    The more liquid we consume that is good for health. The liquid food digest quickly and gives us energy instant.

    Firstly I drink one glass of water at the morning, at the day I drink 5-6 glases, and before night I drink another glass of water.

    I believe in the teaching from school saying should take around 8 drinking a glass of water. Additionally, I drink some other as well like milk, juice, supplement products..

    Vitamin with prepare in water or in capsule are my extra intake too.

    I usually take 3 liters of water a day. Years ago, I wasn't a fan of drinking the right amount of water intake. But when I became health conscious, I tried doing 2 liters a day to 3 liters these days. I could definitely see and feel the improvements just by doing this.

    All I can tell you is that I don't drink enough water. Especially in Arizona. I only drink a couple glasses a day. And I match that with beer! haha
