Daily Exercises?

    What kind of daily exercises do you guys do? Or if not daily, any type of exercise that you do.

    I like to do pushups, sit ups, burpees, lunges, jumps, squats and fighting practice. All natural, no weights or fancy workout equipment. I really like fighting so I practice my punches and kicks a lot.

    Walking. I walk everyday as part of my daily exercise because I sit the whole day on the office. So I think it would be much better if I will take some time to walk.

    I do some exercises before going out every morning about 10 minutes. I'm trying to refresh my body with soft moves as I did in the school for warm up.

    Walking is my main exercise at the moment. I had tried running for a while but had some problems with injuries so started walking. I walk three to four days per week and my plan is to start a little bit of jogging again in the Spring.

    i dont have those exercise equipment too, i'm doing sit ups & squats when i wake up and before sleep.
    And only play sport during the weekend.

    I'm now into sit ups in attempt for my beer belly. My gym buddies toldme to stop running since i hace acheieved my desired BMI so the next thing to do is to develop muscles, yet i don't actually want muscles, i just want my beer belly gone.

    In a week, 3 days i workout for weight training and for 2 days i do cardio training.

    Pullups and pushups every other day. Weight train on the alternate days. I work a heavy bag daily. Take the dog for a long walk every night.

    Exercise wakes me up and if I exercise in the evening I find it very hard to sleep that night. Does that not happen to you?

    every day You need to walk for atleast 5 to 10 kms..

    Just a regular light exercise like jogging and some steps of Yoga will keep you healthy.
