Daily exercise

    Hi Friends,

    For good health, we have to follow some rules to maintain our body. Daily exercise for 30 minutes, due to lack of time people could not walk. For walking they have to go out side the home like play ground or in streets, at that time step up and step down on the stair case also equal to the exercise or walking.

    Hmmmm, sometimes, I do 15minutes of walk and I play Badminton with my friends. It actually feels good!

    Jagging for 30 minutes and after that we play volley ball.

    I hit the gym at least four times a week. On off days, I do cardio by hitting my heavy bag. I have also incorporated swimming into my routine.

    Eevery morning 15-20 minutes of runing is giving me energy for all day :)

    I usually play soccer almost every single day, so I have no problem there. I get around 1 hour of exercise every day. I also love to go hiking, but unlike some of the other posters I don't like jogging/running as much.

    i do power yoga everyday. it helps me relieve stress and stay fit. i also play basketball occasionally so that i stay in touch with the game as i love to play basketball. it makes me forget everything else. it is a great stress buster

    I actually do that in the morning, sometimes 15-30 minutes and after that I feel good & I'm ready to do all my responsibility in the whole day.

    Hi Friends,

    I do not kept a time for walking and I do not walk in the mornings, when I have work out side then I will go by walk. Minimum distance I cover 2 km that is 25 minutes walk.

    I go for daily morning walk. It is a good form of exercise that keep me fit and healthy.

    I hit the gym today to work my legs. Leg day isn't my favorite, but you have to get it done.

    Now a days people don't prefer to go from staircase, they go from Lift. So I can say there are hardly few people, who walk a day. One should exercise or walk atlist 10-15min a day.

    I don't do any exercises, I have no time for that.

    I am daily walking 20-30 minutes on green grass in morning. Morning time is really beautiful, and I like morning time.

    Hi there,
    Exercise is most compulsory for every human and doing it daily especially so beneficial at the early morning if you get up that time i advised you all going for the exercise minimum 30 to 40 mints daily routine wise because that is very effective for your health and also looking young with that i am also going to gym daily and doing Exercise 60 to 70 that,s way i am looking very fit and smart .

    How am I a lazy man. It's not to far from my living place, swimming pool and fitness rooms are nearby, but I seldom go to use them.

    Well, I am going to change my bad habit from now!

    You definitely have to make time for exercise or it'll just get harder and harder to get back into it.

    I have just started exercising again! Our accountant said we can write off a gym membership to keep us in shape for giving quotes!! So we are running it through the company. Anyway, I am so out of shape. Don't let yourself get like me! Start up and dont stop!
