    Customers satisfaction, if at all you want your business to succeed, is very important. Fail to deliver [be it quality products, services or whatever it is your customers need] and you'll be out of business before long.

    Exceed your customers expectations and you'll have built an army that will help you with marketing. They'll tell their friends about your business, friends will refer more friends and your business will keep growing . . .

    Strive always to satisfy your customer's needs and you'll reap some rewards.

    Depending on the type of business, customer feedback is very important particularly for services. One small business inside our village is the carwash - there are 3 that are competing. From time to time, we would see the 2 would change management while the 1 nearest us remains with the original management. It is because this good manager always asks their customers for ways to improve their services.

    The business was put up for the customers. Other people forget about the basics, it could be they are too proud or too unwise not to know who brings in the money. If you fail to meet their needs and wants someone else will do and before you know it you are history. Easier said but it is difficult really knowing what would make a repeat customer.
