    Hi All,

if I could get your opinion it would be greatly appreciated!

I'm looking to launch a line of beauty products, I need to choose a name.

    Which name do you prefer?

    1) Jones & Harper
    2) VonAsher
    3) Harlequin

    Thank you!

If i had to choose, the third option, Harlequin, is the best. "Jones & Harper" sounds like either a law firm or accounting firm. I have no idea who or what VonAsher is, but it might be a good name for men's cologne, but not beauty products

I totally agree with what joeroxx stated above.
If your product line up is for feminist then the name Harlequin suits the most.

VonAsher name has manly feeling to it.

while Jones & Harper sounds to be some kind of collaboration.

Jones & Harper sounds cool to me. Sounds like a big gun in the industry.

I've gotta say Harlequin, also. VonAsher would be my second choice - any specific reason behind these names?

VonAsher is just like a clothing brand :)
Jones & Harper is too general and more on men thing :D

Harlequin will be the best because its just like a fragrance to the female in which they will be attracted in the first place. ;)

    Hi Kim,

Here's my thoughts on the names you've selected and the emotion they trigger.
    • Harlequin is rebellious, passionate and provocative. Use this if you want to go against the norm, to be different, known for being unconventional.
    • Von Asher carries prestige. The "Von" preposition signifies German nobility/royalty. If you're trying to present yourself as a luxurious or prestigious must-have, this name moves you in the right direction.
    • Jones & Harper is a more neutral name. It's a blank canvas you can paint your values and meaning on. These names are used in a wide variety of ways so it's easy to create what you want.
The question here is what you want. Do you want to convey prestige? Rebellion and passion? Something you create? Something else? It really depends on your goals here.

As far as preference goes I like Harlequin first and Von Asher second. :)

    Hope that helps,
