I want to dissolve a current corporation and start a new corporation under a new name. The current corp is registered in Delaware with foreign entity businesses in Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC. We would duplicate all this under a new name. What is involved?

Welcome to our Business Forum brannigan, sorry I'm not based in the US and don't have the specific knowledge required to answer your question, perhaps one of our other members will.

Do you have an accountant for your current corporation?

Is there any reason why you don't wish to change the name of your current corporation, as opposed to closing it and starting a new one?
