    Hi all,
Already in the transport sector but wish to look at public access container storage on open land. Has anyone experience in this field(no pun intended) who could possibly advise on legal and or planning issues?

    Hi,
The best way is consultancy. If you consult from your legal adviser or any consulting company than it will be good for you. As you are from unitek kingdom so I would like to recommend you to visit "wholesalepages.co.uk" and " Ukconsultants.net". They are good consultants and can provide you the best ideas for your business growth.

Welcome to our Business Forum Gellybean Hasell.

Do you plan on providing a container storage service to other businesses? There are already businesses like this in existence so your main concern from a legal perspective would probably be whether the relevant local authority would allow it on a particular piece of land. If you have a particular site in mind, I'd suggest that you contact the planning section of the local authority it falls under and ask if they would allow that type of business to be operated from there. If they say no ask them if there is any where else in there area, where they would allow it.
