For the most cost-effective, and dependable host, I suggest Dreamhost.
You can purchase a domain and a host simultaneously from DreamHost for only $69.40. Just go in the promo code DISCOUNT50PROMO and get a $50 discount.

I think it's better if you try HostGator or BlueHost. They're much cheaper than I thought. HostGator offers you for as low as $4.95 monthly and $6.95 monthly for BlueHost. Both of them have free domains and setup. Their customer support are very active to answer all of your questions and complaints. Soon, I'm gonna transfer my blog to BlueHost.

If you are looking for free hosting, you can get it from 000webhosting.com
It is good for the newbie to use free hosting but you shall consider the paid hosting after some time if you are really serious on your website. It is because paid hosting normally provide better service

Try parade hosting its really cheap at prices but their customer reviews are not too good. They mostly have downtime and your website cannot be displayed or you can buy a host gator account their hosting plains starts with $4.95/mo which is really cheap and their customer's reviews are quite good.

Don't Go for free hosting .. Better try paid hosting. I don't think 4$ a month is really a big amount. You can try with hostgator.

don't go for free hosting .. avoid them as much as possible
if you can buy paid hosting ..then use this service

if u thinking of blog then use blogger ...!
