We are a small Canadian sportswear Manufacturer that has been negatively impacted by cheaply made (labour), offshore manufactured product. We have recently been approached by a larger company, with offshore manufacturing, to become a domestic warranty evaluation and repair centre here in Canada. Considering that the volume will be relatively low with very limited revenue potential, we feel that this available service would greatly enhances this company's brand and should be worth more than simply the value of the work preformed. . We are realizing that we cannot compete in manufacturing however we feel that our facilities and skills should be of some value. We are wondering if anyone would have any relevant advice.
