To save cost! An example (not accurate) is how an American firm can hire 2 workers (who may be just as qualified as their American counterparts) to handle calls at a call center for the price of 1 American worker.

Many call centers in the US have been outsourced to India and other places since they pay such little dough.
People find hard to get contacts in so.they prefer call centers,as I have observed.Where there is a need of bulk contacts,people generally use call centers for communication and business.
The main purpose of call center outsourcing is to reduce the cost and increases the efficiency. Another benefit, it helps faster and provide better services to the client.
