    Greetings,

I'm thinking of majoring in business (not quite sure what). But my concern is, due to the economic upheaval what are the chances job entry level. I've researched job outlook at bls.gov extensively for the various majors that interest me, but people are turning me off because of their recent experiences. Can an expert(s) answer my question please.

    Thank you

Welcome to our business forum Business Major. Personally I would recommend that you study whatever subject interests you most, rather than being overly concerned regarding where the jobs will be. Does business interest you as a subject?

Yeah i agree with fergal. You do not have to major in business to get a job in the corporate/finance arena. Also, look at how many successful businessmen who did not major in business or did not even complete college( im not suggesting that you should not go to college)
