business plans

    Why is it important to set a long term business planning?

    Because it gives you clarity in your own mind as to what you are working towards and where you want to take the business. Do you ask as a general question youngkia1, or is your question related to your own specific business circumstances?

    Yes, It would make it so you know where you are going. Without a plan, you would just sort of be out there. It is critical, I think, to have a plan.

    Business plan is for you to know the direction, let you what to do at the moment and remind you where you are.
    Without business plan, you might lose yourself

    yes, and ofcouse, you need buiness plan, and make sure you know that what you are doing.
