The business owner is out if the country and cannot return. Yet his business is still running under his name and his workers are maintaining it. The business owner family does not want the the business under his name, since he is incapable of controlling what's happening in the business what do we (the family) do?
    Should we get a lawyer?
    Please Answer back ASAP, Thanks!

Jacqueline, have you contacted the business owner and let him know the situations?

First and foremost, WHY is the OWNER of the business cannot return to the country where the business is located?
Second, what is your role on the business? Do you have a high position in the business or just an employee? Partner?

If all family members does hole certain share, they can call for Annual general meeting (AGM) to kick out the business owner. Alternatively family member request to split partnership, then take back the fund and setup company B.

It is better to have a lawyer to do .It is not easy to do by yourself if the owner is not in this country.

Well I think you're right, in this case you must have a Lawyer to come up with the legal processes.
