I have a question. If I want to name my business after myself, or brand my name as an author, what would I do if I change my name in the future? I'm not yet married but it's definitely in the plan in the next few years. By then, I will have built a following and will have brand recognition using whatever name I use now and it would be difficult to change my business name. Anyone have any similar experiences or advice on how to move forward?

It may not be necessary to change your name. Lots of people use their original name in business, and their real name, or married name in your case, in personal situations. You also mentioned branding your name as an author - many authors use a "pen name" as their name on their books. This may be an option in your case, because getting married would not necessitate a change.
