It would be helpful to know which financial products you're selling.

To do this economically, you'll probably have to create this yourself. You may find lists being sold, but the low-cost ones will be low-quality.

The Companies House website will give you info.

Web Design firms will be approached for websites. Cultivate links with them.

There will be various government funded business services in your area. Cultivate links with them.

    There are various directories.

Welcome to Business Advice Forum Michaelson, thanks for joining and posting your business questions.

What country or geographic market will you be targeting? Do you want to contact all types of new businesses or will you focus on any particular sectors / industries?

To have a right yield, go for goleadsnewbusiness where quality leads for New Home owners are plenty in number. The site is fast and customer support is good.

Good idea, follow some big web design companies, when they make sites, they usually add them to the portfolio - then you check who they've done sites for.
Also, try to find some start ups forums.

You should visit Chamber of Commerce websites, look at building and signage permits in newspapers and visit the Secretary of State site for different states (new businesses have to register with the state usually).

I have a background of 40 years in the financial and estate planning business and have used this resource a number of times over the years.

If you are in the U.S., take a look at http://www.infousa.com/
